It’s nothing new, but incase you forgot and need a friendly reminder, here’s ice cream & waffles Better Off style. In this receipe I’ve included: Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Trader Joe’s Banana waffles & Midnight Moo organic chocolate syrup, and Cabot premium natural whipped cream. “Delicioso!”

Tasty Tuesday: Asahi Super Dry

So on our second “Tasty Tuesday” we’re experimenting with a beer from a Japanese brewery. Asahi Super Dry isn’t a favorite by some, but I personally found it to be okay. It’s a mediocre brew that’s crispy, but not too flavorful. I’d drink it again considering it is pretty inexpensive. Stay tuned for next weeks Tasty Tuesday’s choice.

Tasty Tuesday: Brooklyn Local 1

Here at the Better Off Group we’ve agreed to blaze a new trail. Every Tuesday will be “Tasty Tuesday” and we will sample something tasty, whether it’s a new beer, food or scrumptious alternative.
Today after lunch and paying bills we tried a new beer, “Brooklyn Local 1″ made by Brooklyn Brewery. This one comes recommended and is one of the stronger beers at 9% alcohol. Still holds the great Brooklyn Lager taste and we prefer it as an aperitif. Cheers
